Remembrance Services 2007: |
The Royal Munster Fusiliers Association will participate at the Annual Remembrance Service that is being organised by the Limerick Branch of the Royal British Legion and held in St. Mary�s Cathedral, Bridge Street, Limerick City on Sunday 4th November 2007 at 11.00 hrs. We will also participate in the Annual Remembrance Ceremony at the War Memorial, Pery Square, Limerick City at 10.15 hrs on Sunday 11th November 2007, where a wreath will be laid by a representative of the Association in honour of the men of the regiment who died during the First World War. |

Annual General Meeting, May 2007: |
This year's Annual General Meeting will be held in the Hibernian Hotel, Mallow, County Cork, on Saturday the 26th of May 2007 at 3pm. We would remind our members that annual subscriptions are now due. |

ANZAC Commemoration, Dublin, April 2007: |
The annual ANZAC Commemoration will take place in St. Anne's Church, Dawson Street, Dublin, on Wednesday the 25th of April 2007 at 1900 hrs. |

Remembrance Services 2006: |
On Sunday 12th November 2006 the Remembrance Day ceremony will take place at the War Memorial, Pery Square, Limerick at 10.30 hrs, a wreath will be laid on behalf of the Association. Following the wreath laying, a service of Remembrance will be held in St Joseph's Church, O'Connell Avenue, Limerick. All are welcome to attend. Members will also be in attendance at Remembrance ceremonies in Cork city. On Sunday 5th November 2006 at 11.30 hrs, Members of the Royal Munster Fusiliers Association, participated in the Remembrance Service that took place in St. Mary�s Cathedral. |

The Annual General Meeting of the Royal Munster Fusiliers Association will take place in the Munster Arms Hotel, Bandon, County Cork on Saturday 27 May 2023 at 3 pm. |

Information about War Casualties: |
5th May 2006: The RMFA regrets that it is unable to engage in the time-consuming tracing of relatives killed in WW1. Members are advised to contact the various websites that specialize in these services. |

Information Sought: |
18th February 2006: Mr Philip Lecane who is researching the V Beach landing, Gallipoli, that took place on 25 April 2023 with the purpose of writing a book on the subject is seeking information on anyone who landed on V Beach to contact him. That is information on any man who served in 1st Battalion Royal Munster Fusiliers, 1st Battalion Royal Dublin Fusiliers or 2nd Battalion Hampshire Regiment. � Death of Mr Clement Ring RIP: |
It is with profound sorrow that the Association learned of the death of Mr Clement Ring in Essex, England, who died on 27 October 2005. He was originally from Limerick, Ireland, and although he was not a member of the RMFA, was a son of the renowned Regimental Sergeant MajorJohn Ring of the 2nd Battalion Royal Munster Fusiliers. His internment took place in Essex, England. The Association would like to extend its sympathy to his wife and family. May he rest in peace. |

� Death of Mr Michael Doyle RIP: |
The Royal Munster Fusiliers Association has learned with deep regret of the death of Mr Michael Doyle who was not only an esteemed member of the Association but was also the Treasurer of the Combined Irish Regiments Association. His funeral will take place on Wednesday 16th November 2005 at Parkwood, Rainham, Kent. A Piper from the London Irish Rifles is being provided, and the Combined Irish Regiments Association are providing their Standard Bearer for the funeral obsequies. The Royal Munster Fusiliers Association would like to extend their deep sympathy to his widow Mrs.Jo Doyle. |

Remembrance Services 2005: |
Members of the Royal Munster Fusiliers Association, will participate in the Remembrance Service taking place in St. Mary�s Cathedral on Sunday 6th November 2005 at 11.00 hrs and the Remembrance Day ceremony taking place at the War Memorial, Pery Square, Limerick at 10.30 hrs on Sunday 13th November, where a wreath will be laid on behalf of the Association. Members will also be in attendance at Remembrance ceremonies in Cork city. All are welcome to attend. Mr Tadhg Moloney M.A Honorary Secretary, will be participating in this year's Cenotaph Parade in London. A poppy wreath dedicated to fallen comrades will be placed at the Cenotaph on behalf of the association. |
